2.Cargo breakage
The customer must check the goods ordered for damage. Should you find any damage, please contact our customer service hotline + 61-1300899999 or email info@anderleigh.com.au for replacement. We have the right to refuse to replace the goods have been signed.
3.Delivery service
All the products with air express, due to different countries and regions, about 7-30 working days to receive.
3.1 If there is any change in the delivery address, the customer shall inform us in two working days after ordering.
3.2 If the goods received are not in accordance with the shopping list,

- Payment method
4.1 Customers who place an order on Anderleigh Natural Care website only accept payment by Visa and Master or Paypal.
4.2 All goods are valued in Australian dollars.

- Returns and replacement services
If you order products on this site, where the receipt of the goods found in the following circumstances, you can return the product within 7 days from the signed date.
- Here is our return policy:

- If you order products on this site, and you feel unwell after use, you can apply for returns at any time, but must meet the following conditions:

3.The diagnostic report clearly states that the discomfort is caused by the cosmetic.

– We only accept returns from products sold on this website. Any products purchased from outside this site, please contact the original purchase to negotiate Returns.

Please leave your order number and contact information, we will contact you within 2-3 days after we receive the return (including freebies, packaging gift box, invoice, order detail page, etc.) and correct, refunds, due to the banking system and the internal processes of the postal system, will take approximately 1-2 months to reach your bank card or arrive in your hands after we complete the refund.
